This policy explains what information the FIRONEXA website collects when you use it, why, and what happens to it. We have kept it specific to what the site actually does.

Who we are

This website (fironexa.com) is operated by FIRONEXA, a technology company founded by Ravi Dharsan.

What the website collects

The contact form

When you send an enquiry, the form collects:

• your full name and email address;
• your company or organisation;
• the type of enquiry and the message you write;
• optionally, your telephone number and project timeline.

Technical information

When you submit the form, the server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. We do not log the content of your message on the server. Like any website, the hosting provider also sees ordinary connection data (such as IP address and browser type) when pages are requested.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Why we use it

We use the information you send only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep the form free from abuse. We process it because you asked us to contact you about a project or question.

Who receives it

• Email delivery. Your enquiry is delivered to FIRONEXA by email through a transactional email provider (Resend), which processes it on our behalf.
• Spam protection. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile, it checks that a submission comes from a person. It may process technical information from your browser and may set cookies or use local storage for that purpose.
• Hosting. The website is served by a hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which processes ordinary connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Links to other sites

The website links to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect information when you visit them. We do not control that.

Storage and retention

The website does not store contact-form submissions in a database. Enquiries exist as emails in FIRONEXA's mailbox. We keep them for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Resend and Vercel operate internationally, so your enquiry may be processed outside your country.

Changes to this policy

If the website changes how it handles information, we will update this page and its date. Please check back occasionally.
